IDA Membership Refund / Cancellation Policy

The Indian Dental Association (IDA) reserves the right to refuse or cancel a membership. If a new or renewing membership is refused, a refund will be provided.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations within 3 days of registration may receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations after the stated deadline are not eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail before the deadline.
  • All benefits and incentives received must be returned to IDA.
  • Refund requests must be made by the attendee.
  • Refund requests must include the attendee’s name.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the attendee.

These policies apply to all IDA memberships unless otherwise noted in specific program materials.

IDA Event Refund / Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation by Sponsor

  • IDA may cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances.
  • If IDA cancels an event, registrants will receive a full refund.
  • If an event is postponed, registrants may choose a refund or transfer to the future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

  • Unless otherwise stated, refunds are available up to 5 business days before the event.
  • Cancellations before the deadline may be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations after the deadline are not eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds for registrants who choose not to attend.
  • Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail before the deadline.
  • Refund requests must be made by the attendee and include their name.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the attendee.

These policies apply to all IDA Events unless otherwise noted in event materials.

IDA Catalogue Refund / Return Policy

  • Returns of catalogues purchased directly require prior authorization.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be authorized within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Within 30 days of purchase, defective products may be replaced, substituted, or repaired at IDA’s discretion.
  • Products sold by IDA partners and affinity programs follow the partner’s return policy.
